Política de reembolso

If you want to return a product, either for a refund or exchange, you must first contact our customer service department at support@knoimportspr.com. One of our experts will be answering you within 24 to 48 hours to help you.

All the conditions must be met:

  •  If your package did not arrive on time, write to us. We help you!
  •  Please do not send us any items until you have completed a Return Request and there is a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any returns received without an 'RA Number' will not be processed.
  •  Any returns must be in resale condition and have their original packaging.
  •  Please provide a reason for return if we have shipped the correct product to the customer in good condition, and as described on the product page.
  •  Once we approve your return, we will send you the details of where to send your order and what happens next.
  •  When we receive your return, processing your request may take up to 2 business days to issue a refund or exchange. We may contact you to discuss options, and if you requested an exchange to confirm the product you want.
  •  Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
  •  We may ask you to provide photos if an item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size.


We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and must be made within 30 days of delivery.
